Insurance fraud is often seen as a victimless crime – but it’s honest drivers who pay the price. When fraud is committed, it increases the costs of insurance for other drivers, making it more expensive for us all to use the road.

Simply follow the steps in the email to tell us about the suspected fraud, and remember to attach any supporting evidence (things like images, policy documents, emails, text or WhatsApp conversations).
Once you’ve entered as much information as you can, hit send. Your email will be sent to our Fraud Investigations team at reviews@zego-operations.com.
We will record your email address and any personal information that you share with us e.g. evidence materials etc.
